Ebola

KIT DISTRIBUTION EVENT:

The first Ebola prevention kit distribution and educational event was held on Thursday, November 27th-Thanksgiving Day! We used the funds from our successful GoFundMe online campaign to purchase the necessary materials, such as bleach, soap, and buckets, for our students and families. We had over 59 attendees, and as seen in these photos, our families and community members were so appreciative of all the people and donations that made this event possible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We’re already planning another event for OSW families in Gbarngba Town using all that was raised at our first fundraising event. We will be sure to update you more in our next newsletter. Please continue to pray for the people of Liberia and other West African nations who have been affected by Ebola.Thank you again and please remember, whatever you can donate to help our schools and communities will be deeply appreciated.

"We will not rest until you leave this land Ebola, and your agents. We are tired of seeing you kill our friends, neighbors, relatives, and family members "
